Trade-In Policy
No Cash Refunds:
Trade-ins are only eligible for store credit or device upgrades. No cash refunds will be issued for trade-in transactions.
Exchange Only:
Trade-in values can only be used towards another device or store purchase.
Device Inspection:
All devices are inspected before final valuation. If undisclosed faults are found, the trade-in value will be adjusted.
Uncollected Devices:
Devices not collected within 10 days after notification may be sold to recover costs.
Screen Replacements & Water Damage:
No warranty is provided on screen replacements or water-damaged devices due to the nature of these repairs.
Devices Accepted:
We accept iPhones from iPhone 7 and newer for trade-ins.
Repair Policy
Nationwide Repairs:
Customers may courier devices to us for repairs.
Inspection & Quote:
All devices are inspected first, and a quote is provided before repairs begin.
Repair Timeline:
Repair time varies depending on the issue and parts availability.
No Warranty on Water Damage or Screens:
We do not provide warranty on water-damaged devices, screen replacements, or motherboard repairs.
Uncollected Devices:
Devices not collected within 10 days after repair completion may be sold to cover repair costs.
Security Locks:
We do not remove or bypass Apple security systems such as iCloud locks.
Warranty and Liability Policies
Device Warranty:
Some devices may include a limited warranty. Warranty details will be provided with the device.
Repair Warranty:
Certain repairs may include limited warranty except for screens, water damage, and motherboard repairs.
Liability Limitation:
Our liability is limited to the value of the repair, trade-in, or device purchased.
Shipping & Collection Policies
Berra Store offers lay-by with no interest and no storage fees. The price agreed at the start remains fixed.
Cancellation Fee:
A cancellation fee of 25% of the amount paid will apply.
Lay-By Duration:
Lay-by must be completed within 3 months for:
- Pre-owned iPhones
- Apple Watch
- AirPods
- Brand-new devices
Lay-bys may also apply to promotional items and specials.
Lay-by Policy
Berra Store offers lay-by with no interest and no storage fees. The price agreed at the time of purchase is fixed and will not change.
Cancellation Fee
A cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount paid to date will be applied if the lay-by is cancelled.
Lay-by Duration
All lay-by agreements must be completed within 3 months for the following items:
- Pre-owned iPhones
- Apple Watch
- AirPods
- Brand-new devices
Lay-by may also be available on selected promotional items and special offers, subject to availability.
Shipping & Collection Policies
Orders are shipped via courier. Delivery times depend on your location.
Customers will be notified when devices are ready for collection. Devices not collected within 10 days may be sold to cover costs.
